PLANNING & RESEARCH FEES

1. Customized Travel Planning

We offer fully tailored travel experiences, including accommodation, transportation, tours, activities, and excursions. Every aspect of your vacation —from airport arrival to your return home—will be carefully planned, with personalized daily itineraries, destination insights, and 24-hour travel support. Travel insurance options are also available and highly recommended. Colesville Travel offers a complimentary 20-minute consultation.

Planning fees start at $50 - $100 for both domestic and international trips, with final pricing based on trip complexity, length, and number of travelers.

2. Travel Concierge Services

Already booked your trip but unsure how to make the most of your time? We can curate a unique itinerary tailored to your interests and travel goals. Itinerary curation depends is dependent on trip complexity, duration, and group size.

3. Airfare Booking

Colesville Travel has access to exclusive advisor-only booking engines, offering competitive fares for international flights. Domestic flights can be booked only when bundled with another travel service (e.g., hotel, cruise, or car rental).

International airfare booking starts at $30 per passenger, with pricing based on trip complexity and number of travelers.

4. Travel Insurance

We offer Travel Guard insurance quotes, even for clients who have booked travel independently. For full benefits, travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of your initial trip deposit.
