Colesville Travel affiliate program can only accept U.S. Citizens or U.S. Residents living in the United States and its territories.

We are especially looking for brand ambassadors residing in the Maryland, Washington, DC, or Virginia area. However, those in the Mid-Atlantic US region may apply.  

No, brand affiliates are not an employes. You are an independent contractor and a business owner. We are a travel partner. We will provide some social media collateral to help you promote Colesville Travel effectively and provide some guidelines regarding our brand. Beyond those guidelines you are free to promote it as you wish. You will be issued a 1099 at the close of the year for any compensation provided to you. 

There is no cost to becoming a brand affiliate, however you must sign an agreement with Colesville Travel Agency to receive compensation. 

We provide unlimited email and phone support during normal business hours (Monday – Friday 10 pm-6pm EST) and on an emergency basis on the weekends and holidays. 

Our compensation plan is based on your previous experience and the volume of business you refer to Colesville Travel. Please contact us to discuss your experience. We believe in rewarding high value production, so the more you refer and the higher value referrals you provide, the higher your compensation level. 

No, you will not need to book travel, your only responsibility will be to refer potential clients to Colesville Travel. 

You will receive compensation via check and after an eligible client books AND travels on a vacation package. 

There are multiple ways that you can receive credit:

 1) the referred client indicates that you gave the referral by selecting your name in the referral source drop down box; 

2) the referred client provides your unique referral code in the referral code box; 

3) the referred client verbally provides the information to the assigned agent PRIOR to travel, or 

4) you provide the client's name to the agency owner prior to the client's travel. Once travel has commenced, you will not be able to receive compensation for the referral.

We recommend providing a list of individuals, if possible, referred that can be cross referenced to new leads entered into the system.  

We understand that it may take a while to get your first referrals into the system.  We will check in monthly and do spot checks to make sure you are working within the brand guidelines. We believe within 3 months you should begin producing referrals. 

Based on production and other factors you may be eligible for free or discounted travel. 

You can work whenever you want. Since this is a referral-based program, just referring friends and family to Colesville Travel works.
